Speech of the President of the International Forum ATOMEXPO 2011, Director IBRAE RAN Leonid Bolshov at ATOMEXPO 2011

I am very glad to welcome all delegates and guests of the International Forum ATOMEXPO 2011.

This year it broadens its boundaries, since the business program participants include countries elected to the nuclear power development, the countries interested in economic and innovative growth basing on nuclear technologies. I am confident that the congress topics and highest level of expert discussions will enable them to get comprehensive answers to any questions.

An important substantive part of the Forum is sessions aimed at determining the current state of the nuclear industry (after the accident in Japan) and necessary steps to ensure its further safe and active development at the technical and legal levels. They give an opportunity of finding out positions of the world largest industry companies, analyzing near- and mid-term prospects of the nuclear technology development, and comprehend current trends.

A comprehensive exhibition as part of ATOMEXPO will become an illustrative background of the congress in frames of the Forum, which traditionally is the perfect ground for interaction of top executives, exper ts, specialists, which, I am certain, will result in new joint projects.
